AION is an AI voice receptionist designed for service businesses that rely on phone calls to grow. The problem it solves: most small businesses lose clients every week because calls go unanswered — after hours, during appointments, on weekends. Hiring a receptionist is expensive. Voicemail loses leads. AION answers every call with a natural AI voice, handles the conversation, books appointments into your existing calendar and sends you a summary of every interaction. KEY FEATURES: — 24/7 call answering with natural AI voice — Appointment booking integrated with Google Calendar, Calendly and more — Lead capture: name, phone, intent — every call logged — Instant call transfer for urgent situations — After-hours SMS follow-up — Setup in under 10 minutes — No code, no technical skills required WHO USES AION: Dental and medical offices, law firms, real estate agencies, salons, plumbers, HVAC companies and any appointment-based service business in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT: Unlike virtual receptionist services that charge per minute with human agents (unpredictable costs), AION uses AI with flat monthly pricing. Unlike basic voicemail, AION actually books the appointment and captures the lead.
