aiNGo is an AI leasing agent, receptionist and accounting assistant for property managers on Rent Manager. Paula, aiNGo's AI assistant, answers every leasing and maintenance call and text 24/7 in English and Spanish, and works inside your own Rent Manager account. For leasing, Paula offers the vacant units synced from Rent Manager, books the showing while the prospect is on the phone, and confirms it by text and email. For residents, she checks the caller against your tenants, opens the maintenance work order in Rent Manager with the call recording and transcript, and transfers real emergencies to the right on-call person. After hours, aiNGo can call each property's on-call list in order until someone accepts. aiNGo also handles back-office work in Rent Manager: vendor bills are read and coded, bank and credit card statements are reconciled, receipts are matched to card charges, and Section 8 HAP payments are matched to tenants, with nothing posted until you approve it.
