What do you like best about AIMSCO?

When we do have issues, the responsiveness is very quick. I also like that it is easily viewable on tablets and phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AIMSCO?

It is not always as custom as it needs to be. Adding custom processes aren't quickly available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AIMSCO?

AIMSCO makes it very easy to have all the relevant information in one place, and we can quickly identify trends and defects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AIMSCO?

When setting up a checksheet there are many screens and areas needed to go through. This seem important for larger companies, but for smaller companies it just means more areas to click through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about AIMSCO?

Besides the extremely user-friendly UI/UX of AIMSCO, the support is fantastic. I am able to hold a weekly meeting with the VP who provides project updates, ideas, and visible care for our business. Truly something you don't see from other companies! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AIMSCO?

I have yet to find something I dislike about working with AIMSCO, if they don't have a solution for our requests, they go out of their way to create the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the beginning, development was challenging (especially since I admin alongside my normal jobs) but the recent improvements have made adding/changing data much easier. The challenge is to push our company to integrate into SAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
