We came from N41 (which was also a great system) but AIMS completely changed the way we operated! From the automation, to its easy customer navigation it has been a dream. We are integrated with Shopify and multiple EDI connections. It has been game changing for both of our platforms and is super user friendly. On top of having great software they have the most incredible team. When we were integrating they were there every step of the way and still are. We are a family based company and AIMS has truly felt like family to us. The knowledge, help, kindness the AIMS team exudes is unmatched. It’s so important to have great software but having the support of your software will take you to even greater lengths than you could imagine. However, it is because they are at this stage that they are more than willing to create new systems and features that will better help productivity. Although reading articles to troubleshoot are helpful, when reaching out to support, one expects to have already tried to fix the issue separately. When reaching out to support one expects additional support on the backend which is not always conveyed at first. Additionally AIMS serves as the middleman by which we communicate to our 3PL. Orders filter in from Shopify to AIMS, which are then notified to our 3PL. As mentioned, through the implementation, Aims has worked to accomodate and acclimate the programs to our needs as much as possible.
