AIM (Accounting & Inventory Management) is cloud-based accounting and inventory software built for small and mid-sized businesses in Pakistan that buy, stock and sell, including traders, distributors, wholesalers, importers and retailers. It brings inventory, sales, purchases, payments, returns, expenses and accounting into one system, so every invoice, bill and payment updates stock, customer and supplier balances, and the general ledger in a single step. Key capabilities include live multi-warehouse stock with transfers and valuation tied to the ledger; quotations, sales orders and invoices; purchase orders and goods received straight into stock; partial and full payment tracking; automatic journal entries, chart of accounts and real-time financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, receivables, payables and stock reports); and a full audit trail where documents are reversed rather than deleted. AIM connects directly to FBR's IRIS Digital Invoicing system, submitting sales tax invoices, debit and credit notes and printing the FBR IRN and QR code on each invoice. Businesses can design branded invoices with a drag-and-drop designer and share them with customers on WhatsApp or email in a couple of clicks. Role-based permissions across 60+ screens, multiple companies under one login, and access from any browser on PC, tablet or phone round out the platform. AIM offers a free-forever plan, a Pro plan from PKR 2,000/month (billed yearly), and custom Enterprise pricing.
