## About Ailance
Ailance™ by 2B Advice is a modular, multilingual Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform designed to assist teams in rapidly deploying privacy, risk, and AI governance solutions without the need for coding. This innovative platform provides users with a selection of ready-to-use applications, including Records of Processing Activities (RoPA)/Vendor Verification Tool (VVT), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)/Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA), Vendor and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Management, Cookie Compliance, and IT Asset & License Management. Additionally, Ailance Core serves as a no-code builder that allows users to create custom solutions while leveraging a unified Knowledge Base. The target audience for Ailance includes Data Protection Officers (DPOs), compliance and legal operations teams, AI and machine learning leaders, security and governance, risk management, IT and enterprise architecture professionals, as well as procurement and vendor management specialists. The platform is particularly beneficial for organizations navigating complex regulatory environments, such as GDPR, where maintaining compliance and managing risk is critical. Ailance empowers teams to launch essential governance solutions quickly, ensuring that they remain agile in a rapidly changing landscape. Key features of Ailance include the Ailance Core, which enables users to configure various entities, fields, relationships, roles, forms, and automations, all while maintaining governance through approvals, service level agreements (SLAs), and an audit trail. The platform also offers a unified model and lineage that connects processes, systems, vendors, contracts, risks, and controls, simplifying reporting and audit processes. Users can create customizable dashboards and widgets, utilizing drag-and-drop functionality to align stakeholders with role-based views, filters, alerts, and scheduled reports. Ailance's modular and scalable design allows organizations to start small and expand as needed, with a pay-per-use pricing model that lowers total cost of ownership (TCO). The platform supports multiple languages, including English, German, Spanish, and French, and is equipped with single sign-on (SSO) capabilities and APIs for seamless integration. The ThinkTank feature provides up-to-date guidance and an AI chatbot, ensuring that users have access to the latest information and support directly within their workflows. Ailance stands out in the IRM category by offering a flexible, governed, and user-friendly solution that caters to the diverse needs of international teams. Its no-code approach allows organizations to compose tailored solutions quickly, while the embedded knowledge and modular pricing structure facilitate compliance and scalability across global operations. This combination of features positions Ailance as a valuable tool for organizations seeking to enhance their risk management and governance capabilities in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.

## Ailance Reviews
 ### 1. Flexible capture logic, but high training effort until full potential

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Ailance?**

The ability to create a capture logic according to one's own ideas and to administer it oneself is the central added value that Ailance offers.

**What do you dislike about Ailance?**

Before one can unlock the potential of Ailance, a lot of detailed know-how must be built up, and even then it takes some time to interact confidently with the tool. The support for solving technical problems is indeed very committed, but often takes a long time. The administrative effort (user maintenance, collaboration in the tool, etc.) is high, and mechanisms for data maintenance/correction as well as a report generator for easier creation of a data export for the regulatory authorities are not available.

**What problems is Ailance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The onboarding was rather bumpy. The training sessions were not tailored to the needs of the participants and were not conducted from a user perspective. The coordination among the trainers was insufficient. In particular, the complexities of permission management and report creation were overwhelming and could not be explained by the support teams in a way that allowed for a DIY approach to be handled smoothly.

 ### 2. Flexible and Individual

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Ailance?**

The flexibility of individual customization options

**What do you dislike about Ailance?**

There's actually nothing. Everything fits.

**What problems is Ailance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Management of the VVT.

 ### 3. Opinion of a Beginner

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** fatima s. | Consultant marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Ailance?**

Centralization of information and time saving

**What do you dislike about Ailance?**

Slow registration process
Not intuitive enough and requires time to adapt to become familiar with it

**What problems is Ailance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Widgets are customizable and easy to use thanks to the drag and drop feature. In my opinion, the major advantage lies in the centralization of information. By adding a client, it is possible to gather a maximum amount of information, while having the ability to view the tasks to be completed related to their file, the stakeholders of the project, generate reports, and consult performance indicators.
