What the agent does for you: - Issues sales invoices and quotes with legal numbering, recurring invoices and subscriptions. - Captures expense invoices: drop a PDF, forward it by email or upload it and the agent extracts amounts, VAT, supplier and due date, with duplicate detection. - Connects to Spanish banks (Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Sabadell and more via PSD2) and to Stripe and PayPal, and reconciles every movement automatically with invoices, expenses and fees. - Keeps the ledger on the Spanish chart of accounts (PGC): journal, general ledger and trial balance are always up to date. - Prepares the quarterly VAT return in the official Modelo 303 format and the other AEAT models your business needs, with a fiscal calendar so nothing is filed late. - Answers questions in plain Spanish about your own numbers: cash, margin, what is pending, what you owe, what a client owes you. Built for online businesses: Aikount understands Stripe payouts, fees, refunds and multi-currency sales, so SaaS, e-commerce and dropshipping businesses get a correct ledger without spreadsheets. Compliance and trust: Aikount is Veri\*Factu ready (Spain's anti-fraud invoicing regulation), hosted in the EU, GDPR compliant, with encrypted credentials and per-company access control. Your accountant can be invited as a reviewer and sees the same books you do. Agent-first by design: everything is available through a public REST API with OpenAPI documentation and an official MCP server (aikount-mcp on PyPI), so you can run your bookkeeping from Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or any MCP client, or automate it from your own systems. The web dashboard is there when you prefer to do it yourself. Multi-company and multi-currency: accounting firms manage all their clients from one account, with per-client permissions. Pricing is simple: one flat monthly fee based on your annual revenue, with no modules, no per-invoice charges and no penalty for growing. There is a free plan for businesses up to 24,000 EUR per year, and paid plans from 19 EUR per month. Bank connection is an optional add-on.
