What do you dislike about Aikido Security? So far, I have not encountered anything I dislike in the features we have used. Even the free tier is quite generous and provides substantial value. The main limitations are having to wait three days between scans and the maximum of ten repositories, but these restrictions are understandable for a free plan and have not affected my overall positive experience. We wanted a cloud-based security tool that could be deployed quickly and used alongside our existing on-premises solution. Aikido has been significantly easier to configure, operate, and understand than the on-premises tool, allowing us to add another layer of security without increasing operational complexity. The experience has been positive enough that we are already planning to purchase at least the Standard licenses so we can continue using it with additional features and fewer limitations. There’s a function that scans your codebase for potential bugs and security vulnerabilities. In terms of UI/UX, it’s user-friendly because it gives clear direction on where to go on the website. For integration, it’s easy to configure. For performance, there’s room for improvement, since some of the reported bug/security issues are related only to documentation. For pricing, it could be lowered if you configure it properly. For support, it was great—they were responsive to our concerns, especially the marketing team when we had questions during the trial period of the product. For AI intelligence, it was good based on their proposed functionality, but it still needs a bit of adjustment because it consumes tokens on every scan.
