We invested in the unlimited access option for our HR team. As a manager, what appealed to me most about this was that it took the pressure off my employees choosing a specific certification to work on. It allowed them to try out any or all of them, to abandon one part of the way through and then complete a new one. This applies particularly when trying to decide between a beginner course and an intermediate level course. It would be great if the course planning/scheduling features were expanded. Part of staying on track is having a detailed syllabus to import into a work calendar - for example, being able to more easily map out when I'll complete Module 1, Lesson 1 - with a known amount of time that this lesson takes. I did this all manually at the beginning of a certification but it was based on a guess of 15 minutes per lesson. It would be helpful to have access to actual times so that I can allocate the right amount of time from the very beginning. having more automation to it would also help me support my staff members.
