Aiden for DevOps is StackGen's AI agent for DevOps requests. It takes a ticket from submission to closed. Requests from ServiceNow, Jira and Linear land in one operations inbox, where Aiden classifies each ticket and matches it to an approved runbook. Before anything runs, Aiden checks the environment scope, verifies the requester's permissions and collects the required approvals. An operator reviews the plan, then Aiden executes it.
