It helps engineering leaders, such as CTOs and VPs of Engineering and R&D, see what their engineers and AI agents deliver, how good that code is, which changes led to bugs, and where pull requests wait for review. Aidealy builds its engineering metrics from real activity in Git and in AI-assisted coding, not from tickets. Leaders ask questions in plain English and get answers for one engineer, one team or the whole R&D organization. Main capabilities: - Aidealy Productivity Rank: one signed score for each engineer, built from four signals over rolling 7-, 30- and 90-day windows: code they author and merge to production, weighed by quality; code they review; breadth across languages and repositories; and how they use AI in the editor. Code that has to be fixed soon after merge counts against the score. - Aidealy Code Quality Score: a 0-100 score for source code, built on the Clean Code discipline. Production code and test code are scored separately and tracked across pull requests. - Code longevity: how long merged code lasts in production, and a way to trace a bug back to the pull request, author and reviewer behind it. - Code review: the review work of each engineer and team, and where pull requests wait for review. - AI use: what each team uses AI for, and AI token usage by model and by engineer. Token usage is context and never ranks anyone. Aidealy connects to GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps for Git, and to Cursor and Claude Code for AI-assisted coding. After a customer connects Git, Aidealy loads one year of Git history by default, or up to three years if the customer chooses. Git activity and code-quality scoring are ready within the first 24 hours. Each customer is isolated, with separate data stores and an encryption key dedicated to that customer. Customers choose EU or US data residency, and their data is stored in that region. Aidealy's security, privacy and AI-governance program is designed to meet SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001 and GDPR requirements. Aidealy is not yet certified.
