"An invaluable tool for polishing writings"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

Wordtune offers a variety of suggestions for improving a sentence. It is a great useful feature when you wish to refine your message. I'm using it to make sure my professional communications are not only clear but also engaging. Another outstanding feature of Wordtune is its adaptability. Whether I am composing a formal memo or a casual email, it offers suggestions that are appropriate for the situation. In addition, Wordtune's user interface is intuitive and can be added to the Chrome extension. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

Wordtune falls short when it comes to integrating with Microsoft Office or Outlook (equivalent email servers). Messages have to be copied to the Wordtune platform, rather than edited directly in Word documents or emails. Also, it currently can't revise the entire paragraphs. It would be more efficient if it allowed for more extensive revisions, especially when trying to maintain consistency in tone and style. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"WordTune - a Smart AI Writing Assistant"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

WordTune stands out as an invaluable companion for writers, students, professionals, and anyone who wishes to elevate their writing. WordTune understands that one-size writing doesn't fit all. It allows you to change the style of writing to suit diverse audiences.

It's like having that friend who always knows what to say and how to say it. Writers, students, basically anyone looking to jazz up their words can benefit from it. You know how sometimes you can't decide if you're feeling formal or laid-back? WordTune's got your back. It helps you switch up your writing style, whether you're penning a serious email or just a chill blog post.

And if you're like me and sometimes get carried away (admit it, we all do), WordTune chops down those super long sentences for you. No more rambling! But hey, if you need to expand on a thought, it's there to help you add a bit more flavor.

Reading lengthy articles? It can help with that too. It boils down big texts so you get the gist without the fluff. WordTune is the sidekick every writer dreams of. It's all about making sure your words hit the right notes. Totally worth a yearly subscription! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

It woul be amazing if i can teach it my own tone and style of writing from previous emails / documents.

I would also love to have the possibility to translate documents, or emails into other European languages and ensure the same tone and context (German, Italian, Spanish please ;-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wordtune was great at first"
2/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

Wordtune is extremely helpful when trying to figure out how to rephrase something so it makes more sense and gets the message across effectively. I often struggle to switch up the phrasing I use in emails about similar topics, and Wordtune made it easy to diversify my messaging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

I initially had a paid subscription which I used on both of my laptops. After a few weeks, I was blocked from using it on my second device and received a message saying it could only be used in one location. I used the free service on my second device, which was fine but has a limit of 10 rewrites per day, and lacks some of the premium features. As time has gone on, Wordtune has continually removed free features, the quality of the rewrites & the suggestions have gone noticably downhill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wordtune is a great tool"
4/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

Wordtune provides support when I want to sound more professional. It takes my ideas and gives me the possibility of making them shorter or more complex depending on what I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

Sometimes if I have a very long email, or paragraph I think it misses the point of what I'm saying overall. Perhaps trying to get the context of an overall paragraph instead of per phrase before making suggestions would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really enjoying this tool!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

I love how many suggestions WordTune gives to optimize wording based on the intent. There's a different way to say something depending on the audience. WordTune gives that type of flexibility really well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

I wish WordTune offered a higher limit of free suggestions. Right now it gives 6 total a day, but I think if it was bumped up to even 10 there would be a higher conversion rate on users wanted to purchase outside of the free package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New features make for a great product!"
5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

Wordtune has recently added an ability to have indvidiual docs to work on different projects. They also have great integration into other sites. I love the ability to assist in rewording sentences, along with fixing grammatical errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

Sometimes seems to drop integration and requires me to uninstall and reinstall app. Other than that, it really is a useful tool for writing and expanding an initial start to copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Wordtune: Mostly a great tool, but with some flaws"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

I've been using Wordtune for a while now, and honestly, it's been pretty smooth sailing. It's user-friendly, and most times, it suggests some solid rephrases.  Overall, I really like it. I'm a fan of the tone switcher - flipping between formal and casual. In addition, being able to adjust the length of a sentence is very useful. For those that English isn't their first language, I think it's especially useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

If I had to pick a downside, it'd be the browser extension. It's a bit hit or miss for me. Sometimes, I find myself having to open their online editor, which can be annoying and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I use WordTune every single day for my personal and work communications."
5/5
What do you like best about Wordtune?

I love being able to take a simple draft and turn it into something more elegant without putting as much effort into an email. I like to be friendly, professional and concise for our clients and Word Ture helps me step up my writing game and save a ton of time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

I can't think of any complaints that I have about the platform. If I were to give some wishes for the future, I'd love an overall of the current phone application, I'd really like to be able to have a stand-alone word tune app option and not have to work through the keyboard. "SO THANKFUL FOR WORDTUNE"

What do you like best about Wordtune?

The best thing about Wordtune is it helps me form the sentences my head wont do. Even with checking grammar, it gives you so many options of different ways to word a sentence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Wordtune?

How you are only limited a certain amount of times you can revise a sentence. I understand money is needed to be made bbut in this economy maybe branch out more than 10 rewrites. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
