B2B assessment covers selling skills as well as processes, CRM, data, collaboration and manager support. Retail assessment explores customer contact, needs discovery, product knowledge, additional sales and difficult situations, including practical role-play tasks. The report combines competency assessments, a participant-by-skill matrix, strengths and development needs with recommendations and a prioritised action plan. Managers can use the findings to select training topics, identify useful practices to share and distinguish a need for practice from a need for support or process change.
