SpectrumVoIP AI Surveillance Camera Systems are an enterprise-grade, cloud-based video surveillance platform and cameras built for businesses that need intelligent monitoring across one or multiple locations. The platform uses computer vision AI to detect specific security events in real time, including loitering, line crossing, unauthorized access, crowd formation, fall detection, facial recognition, and license plate recognition (LPR). Alerts are filtered by AI to reduce false positives, so notifications reflect actual security events rather than generic motion triggers. Alert thresholds and detection rules are fully customizable. Video is stored in the cloud with enterprise-grade encryption. No on-site server or NVR is required. If internet connectivity is lost, cameras continue recording locally and sync to the cloud automatically when the connection is restored. Footage is accessible from any device through a centralized web dashboard, with support for unlimited user accounts and custom permission levels. The system is designed to work as a bolt-on alongside existing camera infrastructure, or as a full installation for businesses starting from scratch. SpectrumVoIP provides infrastructure assessment, phased installation across multiple sites, and staff training on alert management and footage review. Qualifying plans include no upfront hardware costs. AI Security Cameras is available as a standalone service or bundled with SpectrumVoIP's VoIP phone system and internet service. The platform scales from a single location to 30 or more sites. It is well suited for retail, healthcare, automotive dealerships, property management, and multi-location businesses that require consistent security visibility across all sites from a single interface.
