AI Office Pro is AI-driven project management software that automates workflows from client intake to delivery. The platform functions as an autonomous project manager, reading briefs, extracting requirements, assigning work, monitoring progress, detecting risks, and managing quality assurance. Projects move through eight stages, from client intake and task assignment to final client sign-off. The intake portal eliminates back-and-forth emails by allowing clients to submit briefs directly. Smart team assignment matches tasks to team members based on skills and workload. Real-time risk detection alerts stakeholders to potential issues before they escalate. A dashboard provides visibility into performance, project health, and communications across all active work. Automated notifications handle updates and alerts with minimal human input required. The system becomes operational within minutes of setup and manages unlimited tasks and projects.
