What problems is AI Interviewer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We work with people in different countries and used to waste days trying to match schedules. This tool lets everyone respond when they’re ready and we can get moving faster on our end without having to wait around. We are running a retail store, and we used hire for different roles. Having a HR for this will cost us more so we decide to try AI interviewer and thats when we came across Hyring AI Interviewer. This helps us in hiring a Store Manager, sales distributor, and more. And the best part is all this was done in very lesser cost like lesser than a HRs annual salary. The most critical part when dealing with interviews for us has been with the initial screening. We often miss out on quality candidates in first round considering the sheer number of applications that we get, so it was difficult for us to properly asses everyone.
