What do you like best about AI Interviewer?

One new thing I really appreciate about the AI Interviewer is how intelligent and adaptable the evaluation process has become. The keyword-based scoring system lets us tailor assessments to exactly what we're looking for in candidates, and it’s surprisingly accurate in highlighting the most relevant responses. I also noticed that the AI is better at picking up soft skills and context in answers now, not just keywords. Plus, the ability to customize questions and review detailed performance analytics for each applicant has made shortlisting faster and much more objective.
