AI-Flow is an EU-hosted, GDPR-compliant AI agent platform built by Fundation GmbH. It connects to a company's SharePoint or CRM and turns company data into a central, reliable assistant that answers questions with citations back to the source documents. Unlike a personal chatbot, AI-Flow agents are built once and shared across a team, department or company. It includes an evaluation suite for keeping answer quality stable over time: multi-collection evals, custom metrics, regression tracking, verification of intermediate steps and retrieved-document relevance, plus monitoring, feedback loops, audit trails, topic and usage analytics, and token and cost tracking.
