Developers work exclusively for the client but remain on DC's payroll. DC handles all legal compliance with Polish and EU labor law, payroll, benefits, and tax filings. Technical Recruitment Services - ~10% of Revenue End-to-end recruitment for companies hiring engineers directly onto their own payroll. We source, screen, run technical assessments, and coordinate interviews. The candidate becomes the client's employee - not ours. Typical engagements: • Filling niche technical roles — e.g. senior GoLang, Kotlin, or Rust developers • Building internal engineering teams for companies expanding into Europe • Supporting clients who prefer permanent hires over contractor arrangements Managed Software Development - ~10% of Revenue Full-cycle custom software development where DC manages everything: discovery, design, development, QA, and delivery. The client receives a complete product without needing internal technical oversight. Examples: • Building SaaS platforms from scratch for early-stage startups • Enterprise web applications with complex backend systems • Custom internal tools for manufacturing, logistics, and e-commerce companies
