AI 360° Feedback combines classic competency ratings, open questions and AI analysis in one extended feedback product. Participants complete self-assessment and receive perspectives from their manager, colleagues and direct reports where relevant. Sandy, a voiced avatar, asks questions adapted to the respondent's relationship with the employee. Ratings show differences between perspectives; open responses add examples, observations and the reasons behind them. AI structures recurring themes, strengths and development needs into a report. Its eight competency groups cover results, communication, collaboration, reliability, decision-making, adaptability, leadership and learning. The report compares respondent groups and self-assessment with external feedback, helping HR and managers prepare a specific development conversation. It can support a new leadership role, improved collaboration or an individual plan, with recommendations organised over three, six and twelve months where appropriate. The browser-based application supports English, German, French, Spanish and Russian. Pricing is Freemium. Support is available by email and through in-product tickets.
