I like the potential of every corner of this service, even the brand, colour, and user dashboard, and how they make everything intuitive is a big plus. On some stuff, I needed help, and I am thrilled with support in many places, a knowledge base with videos (you can find them on all topics), a help centre, chat, etc. I am a person who wants live humans on the other side to ask and make conversation with. In the short term, I want to cooperate or use a service which provides real help. My primary use of this service is to have a team organised, but there are many options for the client side I used in this case. I love the ability to create a template, and it's professional to have one made per our needs. My favourite is the ability to share passwords. I tried other services to manage a team, and this feature is beneficial, but many of them missed having it. I will love to have service available in the Serbian language, but there is the ability to translate some of the fields manually. The client panel can be translated. It's an important option for me. Of course, there is room for improvement. Besides the platform being intuitive, I can't see the button in some places because the colour matches the background, and if I don't hover, I can't see there is a button. While Ahsuite is a fantastic tool that has greatly streamlined our operations, there's one aspect that could be improved to make it even more versatile. Currently, the software allows us to add links, which is beneficial, but these links have to point to external resources.

The ability to create new sections directly within the app would be a fantastic addition to the platform. With this feature, we could centralize more of our resources and client interactions within Ahsuite itself, providing a more seamless and integrated experience for our clients. This would save us from having to direct clients to external sites and applications, and instead keep them engaged within our own branded portal.

I would like to see intergrations to cloud-based apps and the ability to link views together. For example, when I create mulitple views I would like for my client to have an action button to automatically go to the next view.
