I use the custom domian settings so that my client dashboards are completely branded with my business. Setting up was easy and what couldn't be integrated could be embedded easily or linked as an external page. It is a central place for my clients and they love to use it which has lead to a decrease in queries on "where do I find ..." or "how do I do ...". The only time I contacted customer support was to aid in the custom domain set-up and they answered very quickly to help me through that section. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** The ability to save existing pages as a template in Ahsuite is fantastic, but I do wish I could figure out how to edit those templates afterwards - haven't found where to do that yet. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I create video tutorials for my clients on how to use their website that I have built them. Some of this information is generic, but for many platforms that I have built, they need site specific training that isn't publicly available. Ahsuite allows me to create a dashboard for each client, with their tutorial videos all grouped into relevant pages. I also link to their analytics pages and other key external services so that my clients have a central location to find everything they need and this aids in keeping it simple for them. ### 2. It's easy to understand and easy to setup. Good value for money. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** It's a new product at the beginning of its lifecycle: even though everything is solid, it lacks of advanced features and other small things competitors have. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you are looking for a solid solution to build client portals, AhSuite is a very simple but inexpensive solution. Don't bother about the project management part, it's too basic for a daily use, however the portal features are good enough and a good value for money. ### 3. That's always a bonus. Other than that it seems user friendly, and gives me the option to customize forms and such with some basic programming knowledge. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** Being able to customize with minimal programming knowledge is great for me, but if I were to onboard a few team members that have no programming knowledge this might cause a bottleneck in our processes. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem I'm trying to solve is finding a user-friendly way for clients to send me their requests. The majority of people in the marketing, web design, consulting, or general business development space are tech-savvy enough to use most platforms. Because of this, it tends to put blinders on what we consider user-friendly and what a client considers user-friendly. I found it very easy to integrate apps like Google Sheets and Google Docs to present information in a professional and clear manner. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** One of the things that I think could be improved on is the UI. Even without technical expertise, I found it effortless to adapt to the software. It brings simplicity and efficiency to managing and accessing client data. It’s clear that user experience was at the forefront of its design. **What do you dislike about Ahsuite?** While Ahsuite is a fantastic tool that has greatly streamlined our operations, there's one aspect that could be improved to make it even more versatile. Currently, the software allows us to add links, which is beneficial, but these links have to point to external resources. The ability to create new sections directly within the app would be a fantastic addition to the platform. With this feature, we could centralize more of our resources and client interactions within Ahsuite itself, providing a more seamless and integrated experience for our clients. This would save us from having to direct clients to external sites and applications, and instead keep them engaged within our own branded portal. I believe this enhancement could potentially increase the value and utility of Ahsuite for our business and would look forward to such an update in the future. **What problems is Ahsuite solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Ahsuite, we struggled with scattered client data, which was time-consuming and inefficient to manage. There is no time clock to keep track of hours spent on tasks. 2.
