It got all the functions avaialble that you can imagine for this kind of product. You can simply select them from the menu and customize it as you want. The slides as work perfectly as intended during the presentation. The customer support is also very helpful and responsive. The implementation of the browser version was also sublime, it works perfectly well with the presentation on screen. I recomend Ahaslides to anybody trying to host an interactive event. **What do you dislike about AhaSlides?** The only problem I had with AhaSlides is that it was not possible to adjust the font size when showing survey results as the layouts were already fixed. A feature I wish they had was a way for students to interact with the presentation again at a later time as a review. Instead, I can download a pdf of the presentation with answers for them to review if they choose. They enjoy competing against each other. The slide format keeps them engaged and actively learning. I like the reactions from the students and the fun design. There are many different types of slides, which helps keep it interesting. It is easy to use and implement. Integrating YouTube is one of my favorite features because it does not show commercials when I upload videos directly into the slides. I use AhaSlides for all my classes, and students are disappointed when I don't have the slides. I have not used customer support yet. **What do you dislike about AhaSlides?** The downside is that the AI creation tool (the main reason I purchased the upgraded version) makes slides that are not directly from the PDF or PPT. This confuses the students because the answers do not match the information on the slides. Another downside is that the AI only seems to make multiple-choice options. Therefore, I have to create EVERY question slide by hand--which is EXTREMELY time-consuming. I wish the applause feature was more inclusive and had "yellow" hands instead of Caucasian.
