I love the integration with my existing JIRA project. This has made it effortless to be able to show the business the status of the work we are doing without me needing to cut and paste from JIRA into spreadsheets! The best thing about Aha! is being able to create dynamic roadmaps that stay up to date in real-time and share them with executives. Aha! is like any other system where its garbge in, garbage out, so you need to make sure you're setting up your workspace correctly, and this is where Aha! Academy comes in. - Ideas: the ideas portal (the basic version comes free with a Roadmaps license) is very powerful

- Archiving: being able to archive past years but still access the records for reporting

Small things like:

- Reports & Dashboards are hidden in the menu (under 'Roadmaps' button)

- Customized coloring in reports and roadmaps should allow for full row coloring to highlight/segregate information in a way that is easier to digest

- Custom worksheets need to be activated once to start syncing

- for a strategy tool, the objectives features are very basic, one has to build their own key results fields via custom tables.

The best thing I like about Aha is it's integration features. Unlike other Product management tools, we can integrate many tools with Aha.
