Our healthcare technology company is using Aha Roadmaps for our product management team. The solution allows us to easily prioritize ideas to features. Ites faciliataed collaboration across the product and tech teams and within our organization. We also love having access to Knowledge where we can store documentation in one place to maintain a source of truth for our products. Customer support has been outstanding. Recently coverted from a free trial to becoming a customer. All throughout the trial and onboarding as a new customer there is always a willingness to help and answer questions. What do you like best about Aha!?

It is so easy to create any roadmap I need across multiple products in our company! If I'm asked to give a "different" view of a roadmap for a meeting tomorrow, I'm no longer terrified :). The ability to create dynamic roadmaps has saved me a huge amount of time over the old way of storing product specific roadmaps in PPT files. I use Aha every day to keep myselef organized across products and if I'm ever stuck, I know I can depend on customer support to answer my questions quickly and with valuable information.

I have to add that I love how Idea management works, and how easy it is to promote ideas to work-items in roadmaps and keep all the records connected. We also have an easy integration with Jira, that meant we could easily implement Aha on top of our existing development process without impacting those teams too much. What do you dislike about Aha!?

I would have to be really nit-picky to find something I don't like about Aha. If there is anything, it is just that the product has gotten so mature that there are a lot of settings and it takes some time to learn.
