I am an admin for Aha so this review is from that standpoint. JIRA integration is very easy to set up. Layout templates are easy to manage. It is very difficult to track issues - you don't even give a ticket number to track. When I have to look for past information, I have to search my emails. Mark C. was very helpful and responsive when I reached out for help with Scorecards. His responses were also very clear and easy to follow and addressed exactly what I needed help with. For example, I could accidentally change something while in a feature card not realizing I did that. - No way to restrict access to specific things like stack ranking. I have recently started using Aha! and Aha! has some amazing capabilities in the Roadmapping space. The Product covers the entire workflow very well. What do you dislike about Aha!? The platform could have been more user friendly. The UI is very confusing and it takes a lot of tries to find what you are looking for. The main thing that I find a little frustrating about Aha is that it does not have a particularly useful or user-friendly dashboard for viewing your open support requests and ideas. I do like that Aha! allows you to customize the fields you enter to add feature requests for a client or internally. The flow of creating an idea is very easy and intuitive for users. The Sales, CS, and any client-facing teams can enter feature requests quickly. The Engineering and Product Teams seem to like using it as well to track feature requests as they move through the product roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Aha!? The search functionality seems to be lacking, and when you have a ton of feature requests as a company, it's hard to find ones that already exist to add more customers to the request. This causes problems because you end up having multiple of the same feature request created, and you can't tell how many customers have actually made the request. Also, then teams start working on a feature, it turns from an "idea" into a "feature". When this happens, you don't know where to add more customers to if they are requesting the feature before it is built and released. Do I add them to the idea or the feature?
