Beyond that, they worked with us to build a custom process that fits what our organization needs. It feels like they shaped the box around our organization, instead of expecting us to squeeze ourselves into a box that didn’t fit. **What do you dislike about Aha Impact?** Sorry, can't answer here. Like it all. Seriously. **What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a custom process tailored to our exact needs is amazing. While nonprofits often operate in similar ways and share many of the same challenges, the reality is that every organization is different, so having something built specifically for us is a huge benefit. We also love that all donor and volunteer information is kept in the same system, which makes it easy to access, convenient to use, and a real time-saver.
