I love that we can track fundraising, events, contacts and volunteers in one system. This is a big win for ZHF. Aha worked very closely with ZHF on implementation as well as the migration of content from a previous system at no charge. The Aha team is ready and available to assist with "at the elbow" support for our team. They are very responsive and complete any request made in a short order - often times the same day. The Aha team is flexible and will make enhancements to the software as needed. The system is intuitive and easy to use without the need for in-depth training which is a real plus. I cannot think of any downsides to switching to Aha as a CRM vendor. We are very glad that we made this move.
