All-in-One Tracking for Fundraising, Events. This is a big win for ZHF. Aha worked very closely with ZHF on implementation as well as the migration of content from a previous system at no charge. The Aha team is ready and available to assist with "at the elbow" support for our team. They are very responsive and complete any request made in a short order - often times the same day. The Aha team is flexible and will make enhancements to the software as needed. The system is intuitive and easy to use without the need for in-depth training which is a real plus. **What do you dislike about Aha Impact?** I cannot think of any downsides to switching to Aha as a CRM vendor. We are very glad that we made this move. I think there is one area of opportunity that Aha could consider which is to allow for text notifications in addition to relying on email. **What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration of fundraising, events, contacts and volunteers in one system is the biggest benefit to ZHF. We have also realized cost savings by using Aha as we were able to terminate the use of other applications. The platform utilizes Microsoft 365 which is also a significant plus as our team is very familiar with and utilizes Microsoft products - Outlook, Word, Excel, etc. ### 2. Their team always responds to email inquiries within a couple of hours, and they are available for Zoom calls around the clock. Beyond their availability, they are kind, personable, and professional. Additionally, they have made their software moldable to your organization's needs at a very affordable price. Your success is their top priority. **What do you dislike about Aha Impact?** I cannot fault Aha. You may run into a few snags when first transferring to the platform, but this is to be expected when learning a new CRM, and their team is always there to support you through the change. **What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Aha has helped us automate a lot of our work, so we do not have to spend so much time manually managing information and sending out emails. This gives us more time to be out in our community doing the work we love to grow our nonprofit. ### 4. Like it all. Seriously. **What problems is Aha Impact solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having a custom process tailored to our exact needs is amazing. While nonprofits often operate in similar ways and share many of the same challenges, the reality is that every organization is different, so having something built specifically for us is a huge benefit. We also love that all donor and volunteer information is kept in the same system, which makes it easy to access, convenient to use, and a real time-saver.
