Send in about a minute. Upload a PDF, add recipients as signers, approvers, viewers or CCs, and place signature, initials, date, name, text, checkbox, dropdown and other fields, by hand or automatically from anchor text in your document. Set a signing order, reminders and an expiration date, or save it as a template. Signers finish on their phone. No account or app. Each signer confirms a one-time code sent to their email, agrees to an electronic records disclosure, and signs with a typed, drawn or uploaded signature. Every document carries its own evidence. When the last person signs, the PDF is sealed with a PKCS#7 digital signature (the key is held in a hardware security module), stamped by an independent RFC 3161 timestamp authority, and recorded in a public, daily seal log. A certificate of completion lists each signer, how they were verified, and the time, IP address and device of every step. Anyone can check a signed PDF at agrmnt.io/verify. Know who really signed. Require a government photo ID and live selfie for any recipient, run on Stripe Identity under your own Stripe account and paid per check only when used. agrmnt also alerts you when a signature looks wrong, for example when a signer uses the sender's own device or network. Built for privacy. Each document is encrypted with its own key, agrmnt staff can't open documents without your team's time-limited permission, and finished documents can be erased on a schedule while the proof is kept.
