Some messages also can't be replied to after a certain amount of time. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having everything all in one place. This allows for analytics, scheduling, editing, and monitoring to all be accessed within one platform. It's easy to share analytics too. ### 2. Basic inbox management capabilities. The customer service is speedy and helpful, too. Good price! Agorapulse is a good deal and gets the job done, but definitely isn't the most cutting-edge social media management software out there. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** it takes a while to get the latest features like reel-posting capabilities or different photo crops (16:9 for Instagram, for instance). Sometimes post publishing fails without explanation--maybe my internet?--and I don't get notified about it in time. Oftentimes, the LinkedIn listening tool simply doesn't work for some reason. The user interface also isn't the easiest or most user-friendly to navigate. It'd be nice to have the capability to go directly to a facebook user's profile to scope them out or send them a message. The inbox management tool gets the job done but could be more well-thought-out or powerful in terms of managing messages--like flagging things, even being able to search within the inbox, or see your latest reply in the thread at a glance without having to open the message. The data management insights tools could also be a lot more robust and user-friendly. Maybe my features are just limited because I have the basic package. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** Agorapulse is helping me solve the issue of inefficient posting--being able to schedule posts ahead of time really streamlines the process and helps me batch-create content. Being able to schedule posts and see replies all from one program saves me so much time and helps me stay organized. ### 3. Content does not always post and messages don't get sent. The photo editing function within the scheduling interface is also helpful. Like the listening tool too. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I am probably missing something but I don't understand why any links I copy and paste in when I am scheduling posts are stripped out. When I am @ mentioning people on Facebook or Twitter the tool auto generates the profile so I can see who I am tagging, but in Instagram it doesn't do this so I have to manually check I am spelling the profile name right etc. The help/conversation icon in the bottom right hovers over the calendar and when I am trying to schedule a post towards the end of the month I can't avoid clicking it which can be quite irritating. The reports tool doesn't seem to work for a number of the Facebook accounts I am monitoring. There is also fast and reliable support for when you encounter an issue. I also like the ability to assign content and have it approved. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** Let me preface this by saying some of these uses are due to API constraints from the platforms and not AgoraPulse itself, however, if you are new to using scheduling and analytics software it is good to know what you are getting into. There is virtually no social listening for Facebook or LinkedIn and Instagram only allows you to monitor hashtags in general from all over the world, similar to following a hashtag on Instagram itself. The inbox is not compatible with LinkedIn or Facebook groups either so you will have to do both natively. The reports look as if they would be helpful but I haven't used that functionality as of yet. The calendar view is a great way to see what is being posted and rearrange copy to make sure posts are distributed well. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** I disliked the inability to actually engage inside the app, I still had to utilize TweetDeck in order to be able to follow up with new followers and people who engaged with me on Twitter. Outside of direct messages which made it an additional step instead of reducing steps. The unreliability of the extension to pull images that I know can be pulled based on another aggregate I use for visual only social search and twitter scheduling worked yet the AP chrome extension wouldn't work requiring manual upload. This again took more time and had the opposite effect I desired which is streamlined time saving quality social management and engagement. Also unable to have edit some things once a post is scheduled requiring it be deleted to correct something simple which I can edit in the two other aggregates I pay to use. The app would arbitrarily place attributions in the copy field where they weren't typed. **Recommendations to others considering Agorapulse:** Be sure to be comfortable using TweetDeck or using another aggregate with multiple stream integration for following topics, keywords and hashtags that also has engagement functionality. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is being used for social media management, monitoring and possible social engagement reporting. **Official Response from Lisa Kalner Williams:** > Hi there Shawenda, Thanks so much for the feedback. Being able to see all of my interactions with a user and having AgoraPulse flag the users that are important to interact with will be a huge time saver. **What do you dislike about Agorapulse?** There are some parts of the site that use language that isn't really explained anywhere, which is pretty frustrating. This is especially a problem in the analytics section. And these aren't specific terms to social media stuff. I can't look them up anywhere and my social media manager said that she'd have to look around and see if they detailed them anywhere because of how vague some of the language was. **What problems is Agorapulse solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't really have the time for social media even though it's an important part of my business.
