The most helpful aspect of Agora Real Estate is the intuitive and simple user interface for our investors accessing the Portal. As a demographic that is not necessarily tech-savvy in nature, we have received consistently positive feedback regarding the portal's ease-of-use, clearly displayed information, and document storage.

Additionally, I am appreciative of having useful data insights available to me at a moment's notice, and can honestly report the I am logged in and active within Agora's admin console multiple times daily as I rely on these insights and the CRM record-keeping and email features.

Due to the separated, resource-intensive nature of our model, a few processes are still time-consuming even with the use of Agora (i.e., Drafting/ Publishing/ Distribution of Remittance Advices). I'll note that this is not necessarily reflective of Agora's platform. The verification of accredited investors and the process to provide wiring instructions based on our subscription flow is a challenge. Transitioning software can always be challenging, whether it is ensuring the compatibility of information, correct mapping of info or learning a new software. The Agora team worked hard to make sure that we had an easy and effective transition.
