At the same time, I wouldn’t want the system to become overly granular or complicated, since part of its strength is how clean and easy to use it is. I think having reporting for open-ended funds instead of closed-ended funds would be very beneficial. There's a lot of the metrics focused on closed-ended funds, so having a better focus on open-ended would be great. Learning a new CRM can often be intimidating. I've been impressed with Agora's features, but what I've been the most impressed with is Agora's ability to help me understand everything that Agora has to offer and how to execute on these features. I've really only found one thing that I wish I could do and that's the ability to put a specific month in for the time period on investor statments instead of the quarter since we do monthly distributions. The automation and tracking of everything from CRM to the Investments in one place is probably the biggest strength for our group. The built in templates help us to quickly create clean professional notices and packages to external prospects and investors. The integration with our accounting software will be beneficial to creating accurate and quick financial reports. Customer support is great as well. Agora RE is a straightforward platform that is user friendly for investors as well as for our investor management team. I like that it gives some responsibility back to the investor to maintain their personal information and provides a secure platform where all documents can be housed. We do phased capital calls to fund investor's subscriptions and there isn't a way to show contributions outstanding/delinquent. Agora is not super user friendly on the back end. It requires a lot of time and effort to organize information in a helpful way. I wish if information was signed on their documents (like phone numbers) that it would automatically reflect on their profile. I've had to frequently dig through documents to find information like phone numbers, addresses, or social security numbers.
