The onboarding process was not ideal. However, we are a larger firm and didn't have a strong enough plan in place for the complexity of the project. Their platform also seems to have bugs and misses that seem fixable but surprisingly exist while they are currently in business with so many other clients before us. Agora can offer a wealth of data and is often more dynamic than some competitor options. Although this richness can make the platform confusing at first and contribute to a steeper learning curve, once you become familiar with it, the back-end user experience feels intuitive. Unfortunately the portal user experience seems lacking, with too many buttons and clicking yet not quite enough to show. Back end, while very dynamic, can be confusing, with overlapping categories and lacking some internal logic. Seems like more and more features stacked on top of one another. I particularly appreciate Agora Real Estate's much more granular waterfall capability and better user interface compared to competitors. The team is incredibly responsive, and it's great to see the product constantly evolving for the better. I find the fundraising workflow impressive as it effectively manages our investor interest, facilitates signing subscription agreements, and handles funding. While we’re pleased with many of the recent enhancements, there are still a few pain points that need attention:

• The Plaid integration has been particularly challenging, with frequent issues that disrupt the investor experience and often require manual intervention.

• The signature request feature remains limited, especially when dealing with multiple signers or more complex document flows. Greater flexibility here would significantly improve efficiency.

• The CRM email functionality still feels underdeveloped. It was especially disappointing to lose the ability to include video thumbnails, which had been a valuable engagement tool for investor communication.

• The distribution system is still not fully functional for our needs. We frequently have to revert to manual NACHA file uploads in order to process payments, which reduces efficiency and increases the risk of error.

Agora has significantly streamlined our investor distribution processes, fund raises, reporting, and communication. Agora has allowed us to move from paper checks and monthly investor statements that were done manually in Excel to ACH transactions and automatically generated statements. Our company has scaled our platform substantially in the past year, acquiring more assets and handling more investments, Agora has been a big piece of that on the investor front. Being able to track investments, commitments, and capital flows on Agora is super easy. Nathan and the Agora team are receptive to feedback as they continue to build out the platform as well.
