Perfect tool for easy, personalized communication with investors, without too much extra effort for the manager. The big plus points: multiple accesses per investor, sending of personalized administrative documents (e.g. capital calls) in one go while personalizing emails, reporting library, consolidated view of different investments for investors... One of the biggest benefits has been improved investor transparency and efficiency—our investors now have direct access to key documents and performance updates through the portal, reducing back-and-forth emails. Additionally, Agora’s customization and flexibility have allowed us to tailor certain features to better fit our firm's needs.
