This software meets the needs of our investment requirements and holds all of our data and information in a secure and single area. It is extremely user friendly and our Customer Success Manager (Daniel Levy) has supported us every step of the way. Daniel has provided everything from troubleshooting to exploring our system to find efficiencies and provide one on one training sessions. With the support, it has made it easy for our team to automate numerous processes while receiving a sense of security they will work and that all users are in good hands. Agora recently created templates for reports to be sent to investors which is extremely beneficial for our users as we can import data and generate timely reports that are professional and concise to investors. Additionally, the platform makes communication with investors much more efficient through its integrated email feature, which enables us to send updates and important documents directly from the system. One improvement we would love to see is the ability to export reports in formats other than Excel—such as PDF or other more visually friendly formats.
