Probably the best part about Agora is its customer success and onboarding team. I worked closely with Daniel Levy who is incredible knowledgeable and extremely responsive. The software is very sophisticated - without Daniel's support, I will not have been able to manage it for my needs as well as I do now. It can literally cover every single use case I can thin of. If you are not well versed in the software, it will be hard to figure out best practices how to use for your use case. We initially started using Agora for reporting and communication, but it offers so much more. I’ve never experienced such a professional and seamless onboarding process. After onboarding, whenever I had a question, I simply email the support team — they are incredibly responsive and even sends personalised videos to walk me through the answers. I like Hadar and Dafna they were incredible to work with. I really like the client-side interface. What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate? From the team's perspective working with the interface, it's cumbersome to use and not very intuitive. The way we receive client requests is inconvenient, as they come in a single batch that isn’t intelligently distributed among the service providers, also follow up status does not have enough options. When viewing the requests on the client’s page, the layout is also not organized enough, and although there is a tracking system, it’s very cumbersome as well. The most impactful aspect of working with Agora is the credibility it provides to us in the eyes of our investors. When someone has a large amount of capital allocated in our projects, the performance of those investments is something that needs to be communicated to them accurately and frequently. A small shop can get by with emails and personally built reports, but when you're trying to scale you need a powerful solution. When investors first login to our Agora Portal, their impression is that of a firm that is much larger (and sophisticated) than we actually are. The platform centralizes our investor database, making communication and data management effective. I find the professional CRM system and integrated investor reporting extremely beneficial for streamlining our capital-raising efforts. Also, their customer support is outstanding, adding immense value to our operations. Using Agora, we eliminated other services like Salesforce, consolidating all features we need into one platform at a cost-effective rate. Their understanding and experience in the real estate industry mean their service continually meets and exceeds our expectations. We have received a very strong positive response from our existing investors pool related to the quanity of data and the professional presentation of the investor portal. Most questions I ask, our account representive is able to demonstrate a solution that are not always obvious progression of steps unless you are deeply ingrained in the application. Agora help streamline our updates to our investors and has enabled us to scale quickly. We use it almost every day and when we first started it was very easy to get onboarded. The best part of Agora is the customer service experience, Haim is our rep and he goes above and beyond. He will literally pick up our phone whenever we need him and he has taught us a lot about the platform. This was by far the easiest platform to integrate into our company.
