Most options are conveniently accessible by clicking the three dots on the side, streamlining the process significantly. I find the overall use of the software to be very intuitive and easy to navigate. The interface has a clean, modern look and feel, which makes working in it straightforward and efficient. It also translates well to the end investor, presenting information in a clear and professional way. From an internal perspective, the platform does a strong job of capturing and organizing data, and in most cases, the reporting and search functions make that information both accessible and useful. Some field options are available in certain types of exports, but those same fields are not available in other, similar exports. It would be helpful if there were greater consistency in the export field options across the platform, so that the same useful attributes could be pulled regardless of the type of export. At the same time, I wouldn’t want the system to become overly granular or complicated, since part of its strength is how clean and easy to use it is. There's a lot of the metrics focused on closed-ended funds, so having a better focus on open-ended would be great. I've been impressed with Agora's features, but what I've been the most impressed with is Agora's ability to help me understand everything that Agora has to offer and how to execute on these features. I've really only found one thing that I wish I could do and that's the ability to put a specific month in for the time period on investor statments instead of the quarter since we do monthly distributions. The automation and tracking of everything from CRM to the Investments in one place is probably the biggest strength for our group. The built in templates help us to quickly create clean professional notices and packages to external prospects and investors. The integration with our accounting software will be beneficial to creating accurate and quick financial reports. Customer support is great as well. Our team lead, Haim, has been wonderful with helping us get started. He is very responsive and patiently explains features and options. He uses video tutorials to walk us through how-to sessions and meets us where we are. He is knowledgeable of the product and if there is a question he can't answer in real time, he'll reach out to his team for a solution. Agora RE is a straightforward platform that is user friendly for investors as well as for our investor management team. I like that it gives some responsibility back to the investor to maintain their personal information and provides a secure platform where all documents can be housed. We are managing our first full offering now and find it easy to track the progress of the offering. The customer support team has been persistent and available in getting our company onboarded and has real interest in ensuring we're using Agora to its fullest capacity. We do phased capital calls to fund investor's subscriptions and there isn't a way to show contributions outstanding/delinquent. Excel sheets were being passed back and forth without knowing if the last version incorporated all the updates from the previously distributed version. It requires a lot of time and effort to organize information in a helpful way. I wish if information was signed on their documents (like phone numbers) that it would automatically reflect on their profile. I've had to frequently dig through documents to find information like phone numbers, addresses, or social security numbers.
