The implementation and onboarding team of Yoav and Hadar really understood the product but also understood the real estate market and how we might be best using it. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** Really no downsides that I can see at the moment. **What problems is Agora Real Estate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Investment team needed a next generation platform to communicate and provide deal information for our investors - track historical deal performance, distribute project reports and financials, K1 distribution etc. ### 2. Between her extensive expertise with the software and her ability to explain complex functions in a clear and efficient manner ,the onboarding process has been seamless. She is incredibly responsive, always quick to answer questions and provide helpful guidance whenever needed. One noteworthy feature of Agora is the Waterfall function. It streamlines complex calculations and reporting and is a great time saver. Tamar walked us through the set up and made sure we understood all the details. As a result, managing distributions and investor reporting will be much more efficient. Another useful tool is the email integration. If, during the normal course of business, I correspond with someone who’s already in our CRM, Agora automatically captures that email and adds it to the contact’s communication history. This provides us with a complete and organized record of interactions with each contact. Agora is a powerful and well thought out platform, but most important, its team seems to genuinely care about the client’s success. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** We haven’t had any issues with Agora so far, but since it offers many great features and extensive customization, it can be a bit overwhelming at first. Therefore, having a strong customer success manager is absolutely critical during implementation, and we were fortunate to have Tamar guiding us. One nice touch has been the support team sending us real time videos of using features in the portal, using our portal as the example (rather than an off-the-shelf generic FAQ video). It's really a well-priced solution for GP's focusing on real estate. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** I've been generally quite happy thus far. The only constructive feedback I have is with the brochure vs. data room distinction and then some of the investor-facing instructions and layout of the portal. I had one investor slightly confused with some of the buttons to access the data room. In terms of brochure vs. data room, it was a little clunky to understand at first. Agora team are able to finetune features and are open to feedback. the customer service, specifically Hadar Gerson, are always available and willing to help. **What do you dislike about Agora Real Estate?** The least helpful about Agora is lack of very important features that streamline our internal management that we shared to the team in our meetings. for example, the lack of notification when an investor signs a form via e-sign request.
