Agora Due Diligence is a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) platform supporting anti-money laundering (AML) operations for banks, asset managers and other regulated financial institutions. It supports new customer onboarding, back-book KYC remediation, periodic reviews and perpetual KYC. Capabilities include entity resolution from official registries, beneficial ownership identification, sanctions and politically exposed person (PEP) screening, adverse-media screening, identity verification, customer risk assessment and exportable audit evidence. Configurable workflows support case routing, review, escalation, quality control and approval, with a recorded case history. Firms can configure rules around their policies and risk appetite. The platform is provider-agnostic: firms can connect existing identity verification, screening and transaction-monitoring providers or use Agora’s available providers.
