The solution has features that are relevant to the hospitality space. When there is a challenge the support team responds in a resonable timeframe. Integration for enabling communication with other 3rd party app is a breeze. **What do you dislike about Agilysys?** If you are not using Agilysys POS and PMS together and only using the POS - Infogenesis you will find that integrating with a PMS such as OPERA is limited in functionality, **What problems is Agilysys solving and how is that benefiting you?** POS and Retail sales and inventory ### 2.
