With Visual One facility I can find out the guest details and their choice and past selection at one go. With Visual One, there is a host of reports to select and though there is an option to customize, it is complicated when wanting to retrieve particular information. What problems is Agilysys Visual One solving and how is that benefiting you? It has also integrated guest management for your convenience with the help of Visual One. Right from making a reservation to checking out, everything is quite seamless. This enables me to spend ample time with the guests and ensure I deliver more than expected. It allowed building out profiles very easy, it allowed us to add player reward profiles to hotel rooms, And there staff was willing to be on stand by if we needed development. The least helpful thing about Visual One is the pop-up message that pops up on every new reservation that says "Check guest in now". We always select no, since other steps must be taken first.
