I enjoyed how easy to learn the system was, and the team that came in to help us transition from our old PMS system to this new one was very helpful in making that experience smoother. Not being able to use the mouse as a way to navigate the system can be frustrating especially when you are first learning the system. It was also not easy to make any changes to the system, so a lot of reports we were used to running on the old PMS system could not be done on this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Making the check in process a smoother and faster experience, which is very important when working in a hotel because you want the guest to be happy with the speed and quality.
