Change is constant so the system makes it easy to make changes. It also is just a great all around tool for solving the problem of finding open space in a flexible office that most companies have moved towards. **What do you dislike about Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest)?** I think my dislikes about the system are more from the company's programming end and not the tool itself. Sometimes I think too many rooms or working areas are blocked off for invalid reasons so it makes it even harder to find an open area. **What problems is Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think this tool solves the chaotic process of finding open work areas in a work environment that has gone completely open. When I go to the office and have important phone calls that I can take in an open area, AQ to the rescue! ### 4. It’s streamlined and user friendly. **What do you dislike about Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest)?** The size of the application is small. It seems like you have to squint when you are using it, and the map is less than helpful because it’s broken into two sections(north and south). **Recommendations to others considering Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest):** Teach everyone on its features and usage **What problems is Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest) solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are utilizing it to solve our less than accurate usage of MS Outlook for reserving conference rooms. It makes searching and choosing times much easier. **What do you dislike about Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest)?** When searching for open rooms, the first layout that is given is a list of all rooms, not just their available times. We have many employees that are infrequently in the office so this allows for the rotation of workstations ### 10. I also really like the notifications on my phone and that I can check in on my phone. **What do you dislike about Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest)?** I don’t like that I can’t just delete one day in a recurring reservation, but if I want go delete one day I have to delete all of the reservations in the recurring one and re make a recurring reservation. **Recommendations to others considering Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest):** Totally useful, just have to figure out how to set your pre-sets which isn’t obvious. **What problems is Tango Reserve (formerly AgilQuest) solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to reserve a desk when I know I’ll be in the office. It’s convenient for us because nobody is in the office all the time and there is no point in wasted space when half of us aren’t there at any time. I like being able to identify where my friends are sitting and sit by them. ### 11.
