The relative ease in connecting our different channels. We have integrations and API's for our POS and back to our digital channels. The ease on setting up campaigns is great. Some is on our own side and others on Agillics. The reporting is not great, however API's have been created so that we with relatively ease can export to datalake. The ability to post from staging to production (most MA tools lack this feature and this saves a lot of time). I can't think of anything I really dislike. The interface was a bit dated back in the day but Agillic has worked on that, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Agillic solving and how is that benefiting you? For the customers I have worked with, Agillic covers many features that need external tools in other MA tools. In Agillic one can have surveys and NPS and have the responses saved directly in the customer profile without a hassle. We also have landing pages. It allows me to monitor the performance of my campaigns in real-time and gain insights into my customers' behavior and preferences. Also, it allows me to divide them into specific segments based on demographics and behavior and target them with tailored messages, like sending personalized emails and web push notifications. I have not encountered any major problems yet, but I would like to suggest that it would be nice if its analytics dashboards provided more customization options for displaying data. It solved my problem of fragmented and disconnected marketing activities by bringing all marketing efforts under one roof. Suitable for sending out large amount of communication in very short time. Amazing for ominchannel communcation and setups. I love the client-centric view that the platform has because it makes the automatization a lot more personalized, and it helps to reach the audience authentically without putting in extra work. It's a platform that needs to be used by marketing professionals with vast knowledge of ads and customer lifecycle, so it's not very easy for beginner users to understand it at first. The main problem Agillic has solved was harmonization through the different marketing strategies we use for the company, such as CRM, Customer Service, CDP, etc. We can now manage all these elements similarly, having efficiency in every one of these aspects and equilibrium of what we do and what we offer to the client.
