While we appreciate many aspects of AgilityPortal, there are a few areas where we feel there's room for improvement.

Firstly, we've noticed that the mobile app could use some enhancements in terms of speed and responsiveness. It would be great to see a more seamless experience when working on the go.

Secondly, although the platform is generally user-friendly, some team members have expressed a desire for more in-depth tutorials or onboarding resources, particularly for newer features.

The AgilityPortal Platform provides a comprehensive solution for effective team collaboration and communication. It would be excellent if AgilityPortal could introduce additional tutorials and training programs. AgilityPortal is an incredible software that enables me to actively engage with my colleagues through polls, discussions, posts, and comments, keeping me in the loop with important company updates. The added bonus of a diverse range of rewards, which I find to be the best part, adds an exciting element to the experience. AgilityPortal is an impressive intranet platform that comes packed with a lot of useful features right out of the box. The best part is that there are no extra costs for additional modules or features. The pricing is very reasonable whether you choose to host it in-house or use their hosted platform. Unlike other companies that nickel and dime you for every feature, Agilityportal's pricing is straightforward and transparent.

One of the standout features of AgilityPortal is its granular permission controls. You can easily tailor each user's experience based on your company's structure. With each update, the platform gets even better, and the updates are always free for hosted platforms. The support team is very responsive and helpful, with a quick turnaround time of 24 hours for most issues (and even faster for emergencies).

We've experienced no downtime. The onboarding module is fantastic, making onboarding new employees a breeze. As soon as they log into the intranet, their new hire training is immediately available, without any manager intervention required. We've also found the forms and surveys module to be a great tool for replacing complicated Excel sheets that used to be emailed back and forth.

I really like AgilityPortal, and there's not much to complain about. I love that the AgilityPortal support team very quick and resposnisive to the questions or requests my team has. They have a very active support team that is diligent about finding answers and coaching my team through issues we may encounter. I like that AgilityPortal provides a rather robust user experience for site administrators and has extreme customization available for user permissions within platform.
