Its a little complex sometimes and not very userfriendly. So it takes time to get used to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is allowing emails to reach the relevant people without being blocked or put into spam , and in a professional way. This means i can relax when sending an email knowing it will be able to get to targeted email lists. In addition i like the database of media contacts that can be found through the platform. Agility is extremely user friendly which allows things to be done swiftly. I'm a big fan of the features that were recently added that really optimised the experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

I love Agility's interface: it's super easy to use, the email outreach templates are very helpful, and I like the description of each journalist and what they write about. I also like that it asks for confirmation before sending or scheduling an email outreach, as when using one of Agility's competitors, it was easy to accidentally hit send before the email was ready to send to reporters. What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

I wish there were more topics to refine the lists. For example, having the option to select journalists who write about "environmental education" and "outdoor education" would save us a lot of time at Outward Bound Canada. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Outward Bound Canada does many cool things and has lots of compelling stories to tell, but they didn't get any attention without a good PR service. Agility has been critical in helping us reach the right journalists and, consequently, be featured in news articles to promote brand awareness and attract participants to our programs.
