It is easy to use and allows you to quickly scan through multiple news outlets to determine what articles are of value to you, with briefing options available to distribute to your team. The customer support is comprehensive and thorough, are initial onboard training was very helpful in teaching us how to use the platform. I use Agility every day as our media officer, and it has become a great tool for me to monitor coverage of our organisation as well as prevailing trends in current affairs that our charity should be aware of.
