Each month, we fail to locate 60–80% of key publications from major outlets and YouTubers. For over six months, I’ve been told to manually send the missing publications to their team so they can "fix" the platform, but the issue persists. This has forced my team to spend 2–3 hours daily assisting Agility in correcting their service—on top of paying for it. They even claim it’s acceptable to miss such a significant volume of publications and insist the contract cannot be terminated. Additionally, I attempted to send a press release through their platform, and only 1 out of 200 contacts responded. This platform is poorly executed and designed to take advantage of companies.
