As wonderful as Agility is, no company is perfect. 99% of the time Agility never lets me down but every once in a while I'll run into lags in the software or new features (that are supposed to make the CMS better) will not work so I am reliant on someone to fix it which can slow the process. The best thing that I love about agility is that it offers you the ease to edit and manage all sorts of content without calling out a team of experts. Thus, the user with less technical skills can also operate or execute commands here. In addition to this, this software enables premium editing tools like preview, image uploading tools, and more. The UI is not professional and is a bit boring for some. Therefore, there is a dire need to alter that along with the key features. Additionally, the software should have built-in functions and the ability to integrate with various other channels which are sadly not available now.
