Pages are exactly what they sound like, the area in Agility where you’ll build out the pages you want to display to visitors. Once you have a Page it can be used to build front-end content such as the pages of a website or other online solution.

What do you like best about Agility CMS?

One of the aspects I appreciate about Agility CMS is its intuitive user interface. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and manage my content without any steep learning curve. The visual editor is particularly impressive, as it provides a WYSIWYG experience, making creating and updating content a breeze. Additionally, the flexibility of the content modelling system allows me to adapt the CMS to my specific needs, defining custom fields and relationships to suit my content structure perfectly. What do you dislike about Agility CMS?

While Agility CMS offers a lot of valuable features, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. One aspect that I sometimes find challenging is the limited documentation for certain advanced features. Although the platform is generally easy to use, there are times when I need more detailed guidance or examples for complex tasks. Having more comprehensive documentation or even video tutorials would greatly help users in exploring the full potential of the CMS. Additionally, while the integrations provided by Agility CMS are extensive, I would appreciate even more pre-built integrations with popular third-party services to enhance the ecosystem further. "First experience with a headless CMS and it went much better than I thought"

What do you like best about Agility CMS?

I like that they are technology agnostic - you can choose whatever you want as a front-end and consume content the way you want. Support via Slack has been great - having nearly direct access to help is unusual. Also, the Agility team continues to improve the product - the interface and features. What do you dislike about Agility CMS?

I wish that there was a way to nest components with something like a group with columns so that you could, for example, place a component in the left column and a different component in the right column. Instead, you have to build specific components for each use case and can't leverage what you've already done. "An Enterprise-Grade Headless CMS That Works"

What do you like best about Agility CMS?

Agility CMS stands out from WordPress by letting us design and publish content based on our specific needs, making the whole process smoother and more efficient. The recent UI update is a real highlight, with a clean, user-friendly interface that new users find easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Agility CMS?

There is a learning curve with Agility, and there is more initial set up at the start if you do not already have well-structured content. However, it's worth going through the process as you won't lose control of your data ever again if you stick with it - even if you leave Agility specifically. A senior member of your team should sit down and map out your content first before anyone else gets in the platform, so be prepared to set aside some time and assign someone ownership of that structuring. What problems is Agility CMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company recently transitioned from WordPress to Agility CMS. The move to a headless CMS like Agility has really helped our workflow, as we now focus on content as the guiding factor for our marketing and communication. On Wordpress, it often felt like there were so many things to fill out that would be irrelevant or difficult to re-use - a lot of copy and pasting/cloning. We also really like the boost in speed/page rank from a statically rendered website.

The new UI update really helped make the platform more intuitive. We originally signed up on the old UI, which was feeling a little stale at the time, but we could tell the tool was good. Now that the new interface uses React, it's much more visually appealing and easy to use/learn.

Agility CMS's technical and customer support team have overall been very helpful and attentive. It's typically easy to get a tough problem solved quickly. Their Slack channel is updated consistently and you can bounce ideas off of the Agility developers and architects themselves, in addition to your account rep.

The biggest benefit still is that we get to own all of our content and data. No more data replication, no more copying and pasting between apps. From a business perspective I sleep much better at night knowing that my content database is not tied to any sort of proprietary technology or SAAS - fundamentally I can still take that data anywhere and use it.

We definitely recommend Agility CMS to any company/team looking to bring their publishing/marketing workflow to the next level. Headless is definitely the way to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
